A Word for 2022

Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. – Psalm 37:3-4

In 2022, I am feeling called to focus on delight in the Lord. There are so many things coming at us at once. All of creation is created to declare the glory of God. But if we are not truly delighting in our Lord, we can’t rightly relate to His people or His creation. A misplaced delight will lead us to not reflect the King we want our people to know. Thankfully, all we need to make progress in delighting in God is to ask the Spirit to act.

Please join me in seeking the Spirit to move in our hearts to create delight in our King. As this grows, people in our circles will see in us the reflection of a Savior who loves and delights in them. This is how we will be able to keep pointing people to Christ.

Thank you all for your commitment to this great work, and remember—the King of Glory delights in you.

For our good and God’s glory,

Tim Mitchell
Executive Director
