Grateful for Lynne Simpkins who retired from the City of Lakeland. She has been pivotal in advocating for and encouraging Lakeland neighborhood associations through her position in Community Development and especially through her role facilitating the Neighborhood Association Coalition. We love you, Lynne! Fun fact: Lynne was one of the three initial trustees listed in the Articles of Incorporation of Parker Street Ministries in 1999.
