Officially announcing some exciting staff changes! Three part-time classroom leaders have been promoted to full-time positions. Sarah Bonner is now the Young Adult Program Director; Brooke Prevatt is the Academic Enrichment Program Assistant; and Bayli Moran is Administrative Assistant and oversees the front desk reception!
Here’s what each had to say when asked why they enjoy working here at PSM:
Sarah: Through working at Parker Street, I have the joy of helping students understand and unlock their God-given value. With every staff member, I am surrounded by like-minded believers who are all after the same goal: to know Jesus and invite others to know Him. That is the most refreshing and fun thing EVER! Every day, I come in knowing I can fulfill my life-calling to equip young people to be fully devoted followers of Christ. I am beyond blessed to be trusted with this work and I am excited to continue loving our neighborhood.
Brooke: Working with Parker Street Ministries you quickly understand that it is a family. I love how present PSM is in the community and allows God to move in and through them. Starting as a volunteer I saw the beautiful relationships that are built in and out of the four walls of our building, and I am so blessed that I get to be a part of this team here at PSM.
Bayli: I love working at Parker Street Ministries because of how we get to bring Christ into contexts where he may not usually be. We get to be Jesus to the people around us and help them encounter Jesus through loving them and walking alongside them. I chose this particular role because I love to work behind the scenes to help things run smoothly and efficiently. I love helping to carry out the mission and vision of an organization through administrative work. I am so thankful to be in this new role and to help Parker Street in the mission of building a Christ-centered neighborhood.
