Thank you Catapult for allowing both of our Workforce Labs to take a tour recently! This summer’s labs have been sponsored by CareerSource Polk. Our two cohorts of high school students are learning soft job skills, exercising them by volunteering at local nonprofits, and getting to see some of the cool career paths that Lakeland has to offer. While all this is happening, they receive a stipend for the day and a savings match for the future when they graduate!
